1. Description of Service

getsiteleads.com provides a platform for creating, customizing, and embedding website widgets, including but not limited to popups, forms, quizzes, calculators, booking tools, and spin-to-win wheels.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial with full access to all widgets and features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

At the end of the trial period, your access to the Service will be suspended unless you select a paid plan and provide payment details. You will not be charged automatically at the end of the trial.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is provided on a prepaid subscription basis. Users select the subscription plan and billing period (monthly or annual) at the time of purchase. All payments are charged in advance.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

6. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for future renewals.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available on our website.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

Spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
Any illegal activities
Collecting personal data without proper consent or legal basis
Distributing harmful, malicious, or infringing content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

9. User Data and Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and complying with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, or other local regulations

Processing of personal data is further governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available on our website.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, interface, templates, and documentation, is owned by getsiteleads.com and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content created by you within the widgets (text, images, custom settings) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your widgets solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to email providers, Telegram, and CRM systems. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such integrations is at your own risk.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In the event of prolonged downtime caused by our systems, we may, at our discretion, extend your subscription period to compensate for the disruption.

13. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to increased conversions, leads, sales, or website traffic. Any changes in your business performance (positive or negative) depend on factors beyond our control, and we are not liable for them.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or disputes between you and your website visitors.
We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by third parties (internet providers, hosting, APIs) or your failure to test widgets before publishing.
Widget calculations and pricing are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a public offer. You are responsible for testing your widgets and placing a visible disclaimer on your website.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the single month preceding the claim, regardless of any prepayment for longer periods (e.g., annual).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moldova.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
