- Subscriptions with prepaid terms shorter than 6 months are generally non-refundable.
- For prepaid terms of 6 months or longer, partial refunds may be considered if less than 50% of the prepaid period has been used.
- The current billing month is considered fully delivered and is not eligible for refund.
- Any refund amount will not exceed 50% of the most recent payment.
- No refunds are available once 50% or more of the prepaid period has been used.
- This policy applies only to the most recent payment.
If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us at info@getsiteleads.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review the issue and, if applicable, resolve it in accordance with our Refund Policy.
