BILLING TERMS

These Billing Terms explain how payments, subscriptions, and renewals work at getsiteleads.com (“Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Billing Terms.
1. General
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar charges applicable to your purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:

Annual billing saves approximately 25% compared to monthly billing.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 15-day free trial with full access to all widgets and features. During the trial:
- No credit card is required
- All widgets are available for testing
- You can collect real leads and submissions
At the end of the trial period, your access to the Service will be suspended unless you select a paid plan and provide payment details. We will not charge you automatically at the end of the trial.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards and other payment methods supported by our payment processor.
Payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5. Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected subscription duration at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
6. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled prior to renewal.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. You will receive a receipt for each payment.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we change the price of your subscription:
- We will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect
- The new price will apply at the start of your next billing period
- If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect
Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.
8. Upgrading and Downgrading
You may change your subscription plan at any time based on the remaining value of the subscription. When changing plans, the remaining access period will be recalculated based on the value of the new plan.
If you upgrade your plan, your remaining access period will be shortened accordingly.
If you downgrade your plan, your remaining access period will be extended accordingly.
Plan changes take effect immediately upon request.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account settings dashboard
- By contacting us at: info@getsiteleads.com
Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your subscription will not renew
We do not provide refunds for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available on our website.
11. Failed Payments
If a payment is not successfully completed, you will be redirected to a page with a corresponding message and an option to retry the payment.
If the payment is not completed by the end of the paid subscription period, your account will remain active, but all widgets will be set to “No pay” status and will no longer be displayed on your websites. Widgets cannot be activated until payment is successfully completed. Access to the dashboard will remain available.
12. Taxes
All prices are exclusive of taxes. Depending on your location and applicable tax laws, sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added to your purchase. You are responsible for any such taxes. Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
13. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@getsiteleads.com. We will review your claim and respond promptly. Refunds for billing errors are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
14. Changes to These Billing Terms
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
